The overarching question with all of Cody F. Miller’s work is “how do we get home?” His mixed media paintings often show people and animals on a journey aiding each other as they navigate the interplay between darkness and light.

Cody’s work has been included in numerous exhibitions such as the “Arts Beacon of Light” in 2023 at the Riffe Gallery in Columbus, Ohio, and the 15th Cuban Biennial. He received an Individual Excellence award in 2002, 2018, and 2024 from the Ohio Arts Council, and is represented by the Sharon Weiss Gallery.
